Again, White pigeons freed by Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo state refused to fly high during the Armed Forces Remembrance Day Celebration in Owerri.
Recall that the pigeons failed to fly after they were being released by Buhari at the 2021 Armed Forces Remembrance Day on January 15.
