Nigerian Ronke Odusanya and her estranged lover, Olarenwaju Saheed, also known as Jago are in court for some reasons, including the well-being of their three years old daughter, Oluwafifehanmi.
Jago was declared wanted by a magistrate’s court in Lagos State for failing to appear in court and stalling an order.
M.O Tanilola, the magistrate, said Mr Jago is wanted for after he refuse to take the test and failing to appear in court,

Mr. Saheed, through his lawyer, asked the court in February to order a DNA test to determine the child’s paternity, suspicions of infidelity.
Through her lawyer, the actress agreed to the request on the condition that Jago covers the DNA tests & other expenses.
Ms. Tanimola, the judge, ordered that the paternity test be performed at an unidentified hospital on Lagos Island and that the findings be forwarded to the court immediately.
Mr Saheed, however, has refused to take the test or appear in court months after the court order was issued, causing the judicial procedure to be delayed.
Mr. Saheed was given a bench warrant and declared wanted by the judge in a judgment dated December 15.
She then continued the hearing on the application until February 9, 2022
