In a resolute move to combat the issue of noise pollution and other environmental transgressions, the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) has taken decisive action. They have sealed off a range of establishments located in the Alimosho area. The affected properties include places of worship such as His Glory Cloud Church, Sure Word and Power Bible Church, and Soliheena Central Mosque. Also, included in the closures are Mountain of Power Deliverance, Cherubim & Seraphim Church, Iberuoluwa Mosque, and various commercial establishments like Chirozz Hotel, Mayoral Hotel, West End Lounge & Bar, The Establishment Hotel, and Ayoola Foods.
This significant step was taken to address the recognized instances of noise pollution and other environmental violations that had been causing disturbances in the Alimosho district. The move is part of LASEPA’s commitment to ensuring a quieter and more environmentally friendly community for the residents.
