Nigeria’s popular actress, Toyin Adegbola has described as her most embarrassing moment ever, the time she was locked up by the Police for nine days over a crime she knew nothing about.
‘Ashewo To Re Mecca’, as she is fondly called, disclosed this on a life interview radio program (Parrot Xtra Hour) in Ibadan today.
Narrating her bitter experience, the Ibadan-based veteran actress said she sent her driver on an errand on the said day. Only for her to get a call that her car was used for assassination.
“The next thing I see was that I found myself at Iyaganku police station, Ibadan, where I spent nine days,” she said.
Though the actress didn’t want duel much on the topic, as she described it as a long story and indeed a rather unfortunate incident. But it must have definitely been a painful moment for her.
