After winning the February 25 presidential election, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a former governor of Lagos State and National Leader of the governing All Progressives Congress, would be sworn in as president the following month.
In order to win the top political position in the nation, he fought many other formidable candidates, including Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, and Peter Obi of the Labour Party.
Following the April 18 Governorship election, many Nigerians were concerned about the President’s location.
In response, Felix Morka remarked on Channels Television, “So, he’s not sleeping in his bed; he’s also in meetings on a daily basis with all different types of individuals who are traveling from other countries to visit him in advance of his inauguration. It is thus a working visit.
