The singer who penned down a heartfelt tribute to his father who died at the age of 81, described him as smart, generous, friendly, prayerful, kind hearted, most peaceful and honorable.
His post reads;
You have been there for me, no matter what bad choices I might have made… you lovingly repaired my broken spirit when I needed someone to talk to. You will always be special to me and no matter where life takes me I’ll remember you with love. You are gone but you will never be forgotten. You were my best friend an amazing father, mentor and greatest role model. No matter where I am, your spirit will be beside me. For I know that no matter what you will always be with me. Only God can take this pain away but I’ll do as you have said to pray for you. You will always be in my heart… because in there you’re still alive. You’re in a better place now and I will be strong for you and the rest of the family.
