1.  Funke Akindele

If you are a lover of Nollywood movies, Funke Akindele shouldn’t be a strange face to you. She is a popular Nollywood actress who have worked hard in building a good image for herself in the movie industry.

She is a very talented personality who is popularly known as ‘Jenifa’, the main character in her TV series titled ‘Jenifa’s Diary’, widely watched across Nigeria.

Funke Akindele received the Best Actress in Comedy 2019 award at the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards. She is a very jovial and hilarious personality in most of her movie roles. She is believed to be one of the most successful female movie personalities we have in the country.

Funke Akindele was not really lucky in her first marriage. She got separated from her first husband, Kehinde Oloyede who is a politician because of his infidelity escapades. Funke Akindele found love again with a Nigerian rapper and actor, Abdul-Rasheed Bello popularly known as JJC Skillz.

Funke Akindele tied the knot with JJC Skillz in May 2016 in a private wedding in London. JJC Skillz already had 3 children from past relationships before marrying Funke Akindele.

Muyiwa Ademola is happily married with lovely children. His wife is identified as Omolara Ademola. They tied the knot on June 23, 2006.

Not many people will know that Muyiwa Ademola has a set of grown-up twin boys. He had them before he got married. At that time, the movie personality was not yet a popular face. He was an upcoming actor then. The twin boys will be 23 years old in July 2020. However, the identity of their biological mother is not disclosed to the public.

3. Femi Adebayo Salami

This hilarious actor popularly known as ‘Jelili’ is one of the major figures in the Yoruba Nollywood industry. He was born into the family of Adebayo Salami also known as Oga Bello who is a great veteran actor in the movie industry.

Femi Adebayo has built a commendable reputation for himself in the movie industry and he has several movies produced in his name. He is a film-maker and movie director. Some of his featured movies include ‘Kodi Ologbon Aye’, ‘Jelili’, ‘Mokalik’, ‘Etiko Onigedu’, ‘Oruka’, etc.

Talking about the marital life of this movie celebrity, he has been married twice. He tied the knot with his current wife identified as Omotayo Memunat Sanusi in October 2016. They are blessed with a son, Fadhil Aridunnu.

Femi Adebayo’s estranged first wife is identified as Khadijat and the marriage crashed due to infidelity allegations. The marriage produced 3 children which include a set of twin boys and a girl. The twin boys are identified as Fadlullah and Fadlulrahman Adebayo. Femi Adebayo’s twin boys look identical and they are very handsome.

4.  Damola Olatunji

This talented personality is also a popular Yoruba Nollywood actor. He has featured in over 100 Yoruba movies. Damola Olatunji hails from Edunabon, Osun state. He is a graduate of Electrical Engineering from Yaba College, Lagos. He later joined the Nollywood industry after graduation with Actor Yomi Fash-Lanso as his mentor.

Actor Damola Olatunji is currently in his second marriage. His first wife is identified as Raliat Abiodun Sobowale. They got married in 2013 but the union crashed in 2014

Damola Olatunji later tied with a co-actor, Bukola Awoyemi popularly known as Arugba in 2015 after welcoming a set of twins together abroad. Their set of twins, a boy and a girl are so adorable. The celebrity couple sometimes share cute pictures of their twins on their official Instagram page.

5.  Taiwo Aromokun

This female celebrity is also a Yoruba Nollywood star. Though she has been away from the movie sets for over two years now but her impact is still being felt.

Taiwo Aromokun has featured in most movies of popular Nollywood actor, Odunlade Adekola during her active days. She once disclosed in an interview that she dated Odunlade Adekola but left him because he was already married.

Taiwo Aromokun is a graduate of Banking and Finance from University of Lagos. She tied the knot with Olayemi Abimbola popularly known as ‘Ogun of Holland’ in December 2012 at the Ikoyi Marriage Registry in Lagos. The marriage has allegedly crashed which prompted her to relocate to England.

Taiwo Aromokun who is a twin is blessed with two sets of twins. She welcomed her first set of twins, two boys in July 2013. They are identified as Jade and Jamine. She gave birth to another set of twins, a boy and a girl in 2017. She has shared adorable pictures of her two set of twins sometimes though she is not really active on social media anymore.
