Yoruba actress, Taiwo Adepeko, has recently experienced a big loss of business.
In recent posts shared with her official Instagram page, the actress revealed that her shop had been robbed.
Taiwo, who deals with gold jewelry, fabrics, dresses and other fashion accessories, posted a video of her shop showing empty shelves that once had stacks of fabrics and other items.
In the caption, she called on the state government of Lagos to come to her aid and that of her twin sisters – who are probably her business partner – because they are both orphans who have struggled to set up a business.
“We are orphans and this happened to us, it’s not easy to get money to start up a business and everything will go off in just 1 night. There’s no more security in our environment and hoodlums are taking advantage of this. We have a family to take care of, shattered is an understatement. Words fail me, the government should do something about this.” she wrote.
