Soldier climbs tower, threatens to commit suicide after being brutalized by policemen (photos)

While atop the over 24fts tall tower, the soldier who is said to be on leave, threatened to jump down.

At some point, he reportedly vowed to remain there until the Governor of the state or police commissioner comes to talk to him.
