The popular actress ,Movie Producer and director Fathia Balogun was born on the 5th February, 1969 in Ikeja, Lagos state. She hail from Ukwara town in Delta state, Nigeria.
She graduated with a diploma certificate (OND) from the kwara state polytechnic.
