A video making rounds across the internet has shown the moment a female squad of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corp, NSCDC female were on a kidnap rescue drill.
NSCDC recently commissioned its female squad as part of strategies to address the present security challenges confronting the nation.
In the video, the squad could be seen armed to the teeth and showing how it intends to rescue kidnap victims, especially those abducted from schools.
The squad was set up as a safe school initiative aimed at ensuring safety of school children and restoring the confidence of students, parents, teachers and the host communities.
