Birthdays are one of the special days in any human life. This is because it signifies the day that we came into the world. For Fuji Musician, K1 De Ultimate, today is his birthday.
Olasunkanmi Wasiu Ishola who is popularly known as K1 De Ultimate is a popular Nigerian fuji musician. He was born on the 3rd of March 1957 and today he turns 64. Like most talented musician, K1 De Ultimate discovered his passion for music at a young age but his parents were not always supportive.
By the young age of 15, he had won many local music awards. K1 later went to work with the Fuji Legend, Ayinde Barrister and he was part of his band from 1975 to 1978.
K1 released his first album in 1980 titled ‘Abode Mecca’, he has gone ahead to release other albums over the years. K1 got legally married to Titi some years and they have children together. K1 is also legally married to Yewande who resides in Canada.
K1 have received a number of awatds and titles over the years. Monday, January 13, 2020, he was installed by the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi as the first Mayegun of Yoruba LandK1’s mansion in Ijebu Ode is a very nice structure.
