A piece of sad information available has it that a military man on his way for election duties with an okada rider have lost their lives after they were crushed by a car on the Ablekuma Highway.
According to an eye witness on Angel FM, the military man had his leg chopped off and died on the spot while the okada rider also suffered some injuries but died moments later.
The eye witness said that the driver of the vehicle who run over the military man and the okada rider escaped from arrest even after he was signaled by by-passers.
Bodies of the deceased persons have been deposited in the morgue according to reports. However, the Ghana Police Service is yet to react to the incident.
