Social media comedian and skit maker, Maraji, known in real life as Gloria Olorunto has opened up on why she went off social media for three months.
In a video published on her Youtube channel, Maraji spoke about undergoing a hemorrhoid surgery earlier this year and had a private wedding ceremony with her Ghanaian lover.
The video comes after Maraji confirmed that she is expecting her first child. Maraji made this revelation on her Instagram story as she shared a photo of her heavy baby bump and gushed over it expressing shock that a child is growing in her.
You would recall that a video of Maraji showing her protruding stomach sparked pregnancy rumors on social media.
“I feel like person wey don too chop….still can’t believe there is someone inside there.”
“In the beginning of the year, I had a hemorrhoid surgery done. I took a break before, during and after it….the recovery process was hard….because mine was worst….” She said.
Talking about her private marriage to her lover as it can be recalled that sometime in September, Maraji narrated how she was dumped by her boyfriend of two years.
“We just wanted to do it and get married, it was quick, it was within a month, small wedding in a sitting room, my family and his, then shortly after I got pregnant which is crazy because I have PCOS…we were surprised because we had sex just like twice when I got pregnant,” she said.
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal disorder common among women of reproductive age.
