Nollywood actress and Tinsel star, Damilola Adegbite, subscribes to the popular assertion that life begins at age 40.
The 37-year-old mother of one revealed this on her Instagram page, where she also added that she may not live to see 40, but based on her current feelings, she believes it will be worth it in the end.
Damilo Adegbite asked her fans if they have noticed how s3xy and alive women in their 40s are.
She wrote, “Now I know why they say “Life begins at 40” for most women. Has anyone ever noticed how sexy and alive women in their 40s are? I’m not 40 yet but I already feel a different type of way. A new surge of energy. It’s like the older a woman gets, the more in tune she is with herself and what she wants her life to be. Her happiness, confidence and peace of mind are priority. Everything else is either welcome to align or exit the building.”
