Popular Nollywood actress, Caroline Danjuma has emerged the Deputy gubernatorial candidate for Akwa Ibom state.

Nollywood star actresses are gradually taking over the political space; recall that Funke Akindele, Tonto Dikeh are also running for governorship candidate under different parties.

Caroline has joined the league of entertainers who have joined politics as she emerges Deputy gubernatorial candidate for African Action Congress AAC, Akwa Ibom.

She took to her social media page to announce this and her followers and fans have thrown their weight behind her in support.

Sharing a campaign poster on her Instagram page, she wrote: “To serve and to honor in loyalty and in truth to Akwa Ibom and Nigeria. So help me God….”
