However, there are many natural ways to lose weight and not go against your body, as in the case of starting a diet that is very famous and is grabbing more followers every day, egg diet.

Egg consumption has great advantages, it is a complete protein source, has B vitamins B2 and B5; iron, zinc, iodine, among others. According to some studies, the egg contains four times more protein than pork and 33 times more than cow’s milk.

 

Egg Diet

Egg diet is one of the healthiest and most economical to have a low carbohydrate without increasing saturated fat forms. Here’s the plan.

Day 1

Breakfast: consume 2 boiled eggs, 2 oranges and 1 cup nonfat milk.

Lunch: eat 6 ounces of boiled skinless chicken, 1 cup yogurt

Dinner: consume 1 boiled egg, 5 ounces of boiled chicken without skin and an orange

Day 2

Breakfast: consume 2 boiled eggs with the juice of one lemon

Lunch: 5 ounces of grilled fish, 1 grapefruit

Dinner: 3 boiled eggs.

Day 3

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1 cup of hot water with lemon.

Lunch: 6 ounces of boiled beef, 1 grapefruit

Dinner: 3 boiled eggs

Day 4

Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs with onions, tomatoes and parsley

Lunch: 5 ounces cooked chicken with salad

Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 2 oranges

Day 5

Breakfast: 2 carrots, 2 boiled eggs, 1 tablespoon sour cream

Lunch: 2 carrots, 1 cup orange juice

Dinner: 3 ounces of boiled fish, 1 boiled egg

Day 6

Breakfast: 5 ounces of nonfat yogurt, lemon juice or orange

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 2 grapefruits

Dinner: a glass of water

Day 7

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, half a grapefruit

Lunch: 6 ounces of beef, 1 orange

Dinner: a glass of water

The diet should not be consumed for more than a week, see your doctor before testing following all the instructions in a week you can lose up to five kilos, keep high consumption of water or green tea.
