A Nollywood actor has decided to run for a governorship election in his state which is Enugu state. Many actors combine acting with other things, some of them go into different businesses to support their acting career. Some of the actors also go into music and other careers just to support themselves. Some Nollywood actors have gone into politics, people like Yul Edochie and others.
Keneth Okonkwo is a popular veteran Nollywood actor who became very famous after acting in “Living in bondage” in 1990. Since then, he’s been recognized all over Nigeria and other countries of the world. Keneth Okonkwo is from Enugu state, he’s a very popular lawyer too, apart from acting, he is a lawyer.
Keneth Okonkwo made his intentions known to Nigerians that he wants to run for the governorship election in his state, Enugu state. He contested before, but he lost, and he’s still in the mood to give it another try once again.
He had an interview with Arise News, he disclosed his intentions of contesting for the election. He also stated how he started acting in Nollywood. He said he’s just talented, he didn’t learn how to act at all. So, don’t be surprised if you see his election posters in the street.
